The entrance to the Stella apartment is located opposite the entrance to the Sole apartment. Access is via the shared terrace, which both apartments enjoy, featuring aromatic plants, flowers, and tables for relaxing and dining.

The spaces, totaling 55 sqm, are divided as follows: a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and stove.
Thanks to the additional sleeping space in the sofa bed, the Stella apartment is ideal for both couples and families.
